I am a clinical mental health therapist providing online tele-mental health services to adolescents, adults, and couples. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. However, I also see clients facing a variety of other mental health issues. I have been in private practice as a clinical mental health counselor for almost 5 years. I have prior experience with military soldiers, college students, inpatient treatment with children, and school counseling. I have over 30 years of experience working with children and teens in various roles in schools, mental health organizations, and youth ministry.
I empower clients with a strengths-based approach that utilizes Attachment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Process-Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness.
